2024 Fire Sprinkler Inspection

Mandatory annual
fire sprinkler inspection
as required per Fire Code.

Barring any complications the schedule for inspections on September 17^th & 18^th  is as follows:

Tuesday:

Buildings 1 & 2 from 9-11:30 +-, 3 & 4 from 10:30 – 1:30+-, 5 & 6 after lunch from 1:30-4:30+-.  

Wednesday

Buildings    7 & 8 from 9-11:30 +-, 9 & 10 from 10:30 – 1:30+-, 11 will be after lunch from 1:30-4:30+-. 

Inspections should not take more than 10-15 min per unit.

National Security Fire Alarm our licensed fire sprinkler contractor will conduct the actual inspection escorted by Fairway personnel RESIDENTS DO NOT NEED TO BE HOME. 

ALL UNITS MUST BE ENTERED BY A LICENSED INSPECTOR TO VISUALLY CONFIRM SPRINKLER HEADS ARE INTACT, FREE FROM FOREIGN MATERIAL AND UNOBSTRUCTED. 

FIRE HORNS WILL ALSO BE TESTED DURING THIS INSPECTION AND MAY SCARE ANIMALS

Please be aware on these 2 days pets must be restrained - EVERY room of unit must be inspected.  We have limited appointments available for the latter part of Wednesday afternoon if you wish to be present during the inspection.  If you do not avail of an appointment you must be present, arrangements made for animals to not be in unit or to be crated during inspection.  Per insurance requirements of our contractor they will not enter a unit with an unrestrained animal. 

Re-inspection will be at residents cost at a rate of $50 per unit.

There are local kennels that will take ‘day-care’ animals for the day, I believe they all require shot records for boarding – please call ahead.
